When you list your property with 2K Realty, your home is marketed just like any traditional listing, benefiting from our innovative home selling program. This includes being listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), marketed through professional real estate channels, and receiving full brokerage representation throughout the transaction. 

Additionally, you have the flexibility to participate in the marketing of your home. For example, you may hold your own open houses, share the listing with friends, neighbors, or coworkers, and promote the property through your personal network. 

If you introduce a buyer who is not represented by a real estate agent and that buyer purchases the property, the real estate commission is reduced to a flat $2,000.

The reduced commission applies when: 

- The buyer first views the property with the seller, and 

- The buyer does not have a real estate agent, and 

- The transaction proceeds with Ethan Lema representing the sale through the 2K Realty home selling program. 

This allows sellers to save thousands in real estate commission while still benefiting from professional representation.

The listing agreement for 2K Realty still includes a standard real estate commission structure. The reduced commission does not apply if: Ethan Lema introduces the buyer, another real estate agent represents the buyer, or the buyer first views the property with the seller but later chooses to participate in the home selling program with another real estate agent. In these scenarios, the transaction proceeds under the standard commission terms of the listing agreement.
